Events & Activation
Creating Momentum Through Experience
Taxman Hospitality Group plans and executes large-scale events and community programming that extend hospitality beyond four walls. These experiences are designed to activate places, build momentum, and create lasting connections between brands, spaces, and the communities they serve.

Building Momentum Through Events
Events are a core part of how we create energy and relevance around our hospitality platforms. From signature annual celebrations to seasonal and community-driven programming, our approach to events is intentional, repeatable, and grounded in operational discipline.

As our platform grows, we view events as a scalable tool—one that can adapt across brands, locations, and communities while maintaining a consistent standard of execution.
Flagship & Community Events
Death & Taxes Day
Our signature annual event, drawing thousands of guests for a full day centered on beer, food, music, and shared experience. What began as a brewery celebration has evolved into a destination event and a defining expression of our brand.

From permitting and logistics to vendor coordination, programming, and guest experience, Death & Taxes Day reflects our ability to execute complex, high-impact events at scale with precision and care.

Cultural Soundscapes
A summer concert series created in partnership with the Town of Bargersville, Cultural Soundscapes was developed as a public program to celebrate local and regional singer-songwriter artists while providing consistent seasonal activation in Umbarger Plaza, the Town’s new public park and amphitheater. Through intentional programming and collaboration, the series helps lay the groundwork for Bargersville’s evolving cultural identity and demonstrates how shared civic spaces can be activated through thoughtful, community-driven experiences.
Tour de Bargersville
Tour de Bargersville is a new community cycling event planned for 2026, designed to promote active living, local tourism, and connection across Johnson County. Presented by Taxman Brewing Company, the ride is envisioned as a casual, social experience beginning and ending in Bargersville, with a scenic route through the Aberdeen area and a mid-ride stop at Mallow Run Winery. As a first-year event, Tour de Bargersville reflects our commitment to building new, repeatable community programming that highlights regional partnerships, celebrates the countryside, and supports Bargersville’s continued growth as a place to gather and explore.

Our Approach to Event Execution
Our events are designed to complement the places they activate — supporting surrounding businesses, reinforcing brand identity, and creating reasons for repeat visitation.

Looking Ahead
As THG continue to grow, we see events as an increasingly important part of how we activate developments, support communities, and bring people together. Whether tied to a specific brand, place, or season, our events platform is built to scale with intention.
